Four key words of the mission statement are explained below:

Enable MNepal enables the end customers to meet their financial needs through collaborations with stakeholders such as banks/financial institutions, MNOs and ANMs
Inclusive access MNepal facilitates true inclusive financial access to various customer segments in an unrestrained and non-discriminatory manner. It will target banked customers who already have access to financial services and also unbanked customers with limited or no access to financial services
Innovative financial products and services MNepal will offer a range of innovative financial products and services to meet the needs of the end clients. These products and services will also address the existing pain points of the end customers in accessing various financial products and services. The proposed products and services will be delivered through a technology platform that is convenient and cost effective for the end customers, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Collaborative approach MNepal’s endeavor is to create an enabling environment in Nepal’s banking and financial sector through a collaborative approach. It will partner with organizations and individuals to provide a strong value proposition for all the aspects of a branchless/mobile banking deployment. Some of the collaborations are -eServGlobal, which is the largest specialist provider of mobile financial services in the world; Mercantile, a leader in the field of Information Technology in Nepal; SCT and NPN, two premier ATM switch providers in Nepal; and NIBL, a leading commercial bank in Nepal.
